End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”)

Eligibility

Any person who is above eighteen (18) years of age and competent to contract under the applicable laws is eligible to access or visit the Website or avail the Services displayed therein. Your use or access of the Website shall be treated as your representation that you are competent to contract and  to bind to the Terms of Use. Without generality of the foregoing, use of the Website is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and any amendments thereto.

The User represents and warrants that it will be financially responsible for all of User’s usage (including the purchase of any Service) and access of the Website. The User shall also be responsible for use of User’s account by others. The Terms of Use shall be void where prohibited by applicable laws, and the right to access the Website shall automatically stand revoked in such cases

The internship registration and enrollment will only be accepted upon receipt of College ID. Upon failure to submit college ID the internship registration will be cancelled with/without any prior information. It is based on college ID as the internship is intended to college student.

Free Trial Internship is valid for 20 Days at present, we reserve the right to modify the validity without any prior intimation. Free Trial Internship can only be availed once per College ID. Free Trial Internship can be availed only for 1 internship module.

The access and to accept Free Trial Internship is company’s discretion, trial internship will be processed/cancelled at company’s discretion without any intimation to the user applied.

Content in the Services

For the purposes of these Terms of Use, the term “Content” includes, without limitation, information, data, text, logos, photographs, videos, audio clips, animations, written posts, articles, comments, software, scripts, graphics, themes and interactive features generated, provided or otherwise made accessible on or through the Services.

You should be aware that Content presented to you as part of the Services, including but not limited to Open Source Contents in the Services and Content within the Services may be protected by intellectual property rights which are owned by the actual owners . You may not modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on this Content (either in whole or in part) unless you have been specifically told that you may do so by http://www.barolainternship.com or by the owners of that Content, in writing and in a separate agreement.

Internship Certificate :

Only users who have opted for Premium (Certificate + Document Access+Content Access ( Premium User/Membership) and Kit + Certificate + Content Access are provided with certificate ( Pro User/Membership ). Free user is not provided with certificate.

Internship certificate will only bear details as available in the submitted ID card by the user. Upon completion of internship, we will only issue certificate ( for premium & Pro users) post that we will not provide any other report or document or share a signed/scanned copy of document related to college format or requirements.

Tech Support

Technical support is only offered to Pro Enrollment (Pro User/Membership). But other users are eligible to receive support related to their purchase and course enrollment details.

Your purchase of Internship is non-refundable, non-transferable and online access does not come with any warranty, guarantee & return.

Warranty, Guarantee, Return & Refund

The hardware practical training kit and its contents does not have warranty, guarantee, refund & return. Any registration i.e Premium or Pro Registration does not have refund, as this is online version which gives instant access, hence there will be no refund. We give utmost care in selecting components, sensors and other accessories which are high quality , same amount of care in given for packing it as well. Despite, everything done right from our part, we wont be in a position to provide any return/refund/warranty/guarantee. As a gesture, we will allow you to report your issue with our support team via creating a ticket, upon review they may provide a information/solution. Please note, we wont be liable for any claims.

Document Resource Folder Download

Document resource folder download is only for premium and Pro registration/users. Premium user can download the folder for a maximum of 3 times. Pro User can download the folder for a maximum of 5 times. Any form of reproduction of the documents,dissemination,copying,disclosure,sharing,modification,distribution of the Document resource folder is prohibited and it is unlawful as the proprietary of the documents lies with Barola Technologies. Document Resource folder is provided via our server/cloud server and upload is checked for virus and errors before upload. Despite that,we do not take any responsibility or liability for any errors/virus/malfunction/slowing down of system due to our document resource folder. It is always recommended to run a virus scan after downloading any file from the internet.

Technical Issues & Resolution

We strive to provide a seamless experience, but since its an online medium there are chances that at rare times you may experience some technical issue related to access or dashboard, the issue may arise during updation or by other bugs, you can be rest assured that once the issue is reported our team will provide complete assistance and to provide you resolution at the earliest. Though we may provide resolution within couple of hours, there are times when it may take more time than usual. During those times we would appreciate your patience and understanding.

We use Razorpay , Payu and Stripe for payment processing

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit. By using their services you accept to adhere to their terms,conditions and privacy policies along with the liability of chances of lapse or incomplete service on their part.

For transaction failure/refund of failed transaction, http://www.barolainternship.com team is as good as an outsider as you are. Our team will extend all the support within our capacity to resole your payment dispute with Razorpay/Stripe/Payu. For processing and verification, we may require your bank passbook copy, transaction ID, transaction screenshot and other necessary documents as Razorpay /oayu/Stripe deems fit. The resolution is completely processed by Razorpay/payu/Stripe as we in no way are directly involved with their company/activities. We can assist you by sharing your complaint from our end, the resolution may take between 7 – 30 business days and more time in some cases. While using our site which involves the aforementioned /at times non mentioned companies/services/plugins, by default you are in agreement with all the relevant policies. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform intended tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. We, Barola Internship are in no way liable/responsible for lapse in their service,security issues, breaches and any other issue arising while using the service.

By using their services you accept to adhere to their terms,conditions and privacy policies along with the liability of chances of lapse or incomplete service on their part. Request you to please read all the policies carefully before using our and their services.

Mobile Number & Email for Registration,purchase and account access

For privacy, security and operational reasons mobile number and email ID of user post registration and purchase will not be changed/updated. In case there is an exception, the request will only be processed once. Should such request be processed we cannot guarantee that the data will be updated under profile due to various reasons and we wont be liable for any claims for services or update. Due to various reasons the updated details may or may not work. Hence , users are requested to furnish correct mobile number and email ID.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

On Behalf Order: All purchases will be cancelled should a user register or purchase an internship for other member from their personal account. Certificate will only be issued as per the account registered. On behalf registration or order will not be entertained and refund of the same will not be processed under any circumstances , additionally we wont be liable to any claims,liabilities and other technical answers to such claims.

Dual Order : We won’t be responsible if a user buys the same course/internship twice, it is the responsibility of the user to exercise caution during such purchases. Refund will not be processed if a user buys the same course twice and requests for refund.
